POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Registration for all programming can be canceled no less than 24 hours in advance. On cancellations over 24 hours in advance, players will not be charged; players will receive a club credit if they paid already.
Should a cancellation occur within the 24-hour period, no credit will be issued.
Court rentals and private lessons have a 24-hour cancellation policy, too.
There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy, including due to illness, injury, the number of players on the wait list, or any other reason.
All credit card chargebacks that the club and the player eventually agree upon has a $20 fee.
No-Show Policy
Any member or guest who fails to either cancel their reservation on CourtReserve or notify the club, on more than one occasion, may be subject to their membership being revoked, without refund.

Refund Policy
All refunds will be issued in the form of club credit on your account that does not expire. Any requests to refund back to the original payment method (credit card ) will incur a 7% processing fee.
Please refer to the Cancellation Policy when you are looking to cancel or change a reservation for a court or program.
Payment Methods
PKLD is a cashless facility, so members and guests can pay by club credit or credit card.
Waiver
Everyone must sign a one-time waiver before playing. This includes members and guests. This will be completed at membership or guest sign-up.
Inclement weather
If the club needs to close due to the weather, we will contact all players with reservations, crediting anyone who has already paid. There will be no refunds for anyone who has already paid their fees.
If the club remains open because it is deemed safe enough to drive, the existing cancellation policy will remain in effect.
Social Media and Website Photos & Videos
We may take pictures and videos of the courts while you are playing to use on our social media pages, as well as on our website. Anyone who prefers to not have their photo used must tell the front desk each time before they play.
